When I met John at a workshop chock full of female Integrators I was skeptical how he could add value to this powerful group of women. After 4 hours I left the workshop thinking, “holy S%$T this is a game changer and transformational”. I began the journey to engage John to facilitate a workshop for our Leadership Team which turned into an all day session with our Leadership Team and Owners Board that will culminate in rolling this out to our entire staff. Can I say, GAME CHANGER for our organization.  

Having John join us for the all day workshop with our Leadership Team and Owners Team was indeed transformational. It completely changed the way we work together. It has our ownership board comfortable being in the right meetings and empowered us to boldly change the way we engage with each other. We immediately experienced the possibilities during an Annual Planning session. Getting the right people in the right conversations has allowed us to boldly go forward without judgement.
